At Trillium Resort & Spa, dining is part of the experience — whether it's breakfast after a morning walk or dinner by the fire, everything is timed to the natural rhythm of the day.

Our culinary team focuses on simple, seasonally inspired cuisine made with fresh ingredients whenever possible. Menus change regularly and reflect the flavours of Muskoka throughout the year.

Meals are served in Trillium's original century-old Muskoka lodge, a warm and welcoming space with views of the surrounding forest and lake. In cooler months, the fire is usually going. In warmer seasons, light pours in and evenings linger.

Available through a pre-order menu.
