Following the ceremony, guests gather for a relaxed cocktail hour with crudités and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic punch.
Dinner and dancing take place in our Post & Beam Room, with cathedral ceilings, a grand stone fireplace, and space for up to 120 guests. Every reception includes full setup and teardown, banquet seating with linens and wares, and a 3-course gourmet dinner served with wine. After dinner, guests will enjoy a dancefloor, an open bar, a coffee station, and a late-night snack. The space shifts from dining to dancing.

We had our wedding at the Trillium in October 2024. Our experience was truly perfect. Sara was incredibly helpful and communicative leading up to the wedding, and made sure everything was seamless for us on the day of. You can customize your wedding as much as you like, while having peace of mind knowing the venue will cover all of the important things. Our group was around 100 people and the main lodge felt like a great size for the reception. If you're looking for a woodsy wedding venue that's not too rustic but still has a lot of charm, the Trillium is a fantastic option.

From the rooms, to the food, to the hospitality, the day, and more, we could not have asked for a better wedding day. We had the venue for the entire weekend which was a nice getaway. All of our guests absolutely loved their time and we all had a blast. We didn't receive one bad comment from guests, and for medium sized weddings that's very rare to come by.

Couples have the option to cover all, some, or none of the guest accommodation costs. We're happy to work with you on the approach that suits your plans best.

We do. Every season brings something special. Vibrant fall colours, snow-covered stillness, soft spring blooms, or classic Muskoka summers.
Can we visit before booking?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend booking a tour to experience the magic of the property in person.
Is this an adult-only resort?
Trillium is an adult-oriented resort, designed with peace and privacy in mind. That said, children are welcome at weddings, and we're happy to accommodate families as part of your celebration.
Is there anything that isn't included?
We provide all food and beverage service with the exception of the wedding cake, which you're welcome to bring in from the bakery of your choice. Outside food is otherwise limited.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we have select pet-friendly accommodations available with advance booking.
